All goods sold are not refundable and returnable. We do not refund due to general dissatisfaction or take account of the allergic reactions our customers may have. We also do not accept any form of returns due to hygienic and safety reasons - there are no exceptions to this.
 
If your package arrives broken or you received incorrect items, we are here to assist you. We will refund you include the total amount of refunded item(s) and shipping fees, if applicable. Shipping fees will only be waived for orders in Malaysia.

We may ask you to return the incorrect products and we will be providing the return instruction. You can drop us an email ([email protected]) or contact us through our website or Instagram within 48 hours upon receipt of your package together with your:

 Phone number
 Photos or video of the damaged/defective item(s)
 
Please note that you must lodge the report within 48 hours of receiving your items but returns can only be processed and sent out Sunday to Thursday, 10am to 5pm following normal working hours.
